The event and champagne reception is free to attend, but exclusively for Family Offices and Limited Partners interested in investing in VC funds.
The day will involve panels, roundtables and plenty of networking.
Our next conference will be held on 10th October 2023 in Soho , London, and is supported by the BVCA, GPFO (Global Partnership Family Offices) and Carta.
Demystifying Venture Capital Term Sheets
The objective of the report is to increase transparency in the early-stage fundraising ecosystem by demystifying the world of term sheets for founders, as well as providing benchmarks for VCs on how their peers are investing and how competitive their terms are.
We want to give founders the know-how to be able to understand the key components of a term sheet. We hope it will be a useful benchmark, even for founders who have raised capital previously.
